Here is a simple recipe to make your own chocolate this Easter. Especially good for Vegans and those who can’t eat dairy!

1 cup Organic Cocoa Butter
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 -1 cup Sugar (depending on how sweet your tooth is)

Finely chop or grate cocoa butter and put in a glass bowl along with the coconut oil and Sugar. Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and gently dissolve, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and add the cocoa powder. Stir thoroughly.
If you like you could also stir through a little something extra such as raisins or nuts.
Then pour into a silicon chocolate mould or ice cube tray and put in the fridge to set.
Pop out and enjoy!
