To lessen the effect of jet-lag mix together: 60 drops Lavender essential Oil, 60 drops Grapefruit essential oil and 40 drops Rosemary essential oil. Pour into a small amber bottle and leave for 4 days to blend.
Add 10 drops to a bath or add 1-2 drops onto a hot moist flannel wrung out. Rub briskly over the body in the shower when you have reached your destination and wait until evening before you head to bed.
