Range Products Pty Ltd Replacements Refunds and Returns Policy.

  1. Change of Mind:
    Customers who change their minds regarding a product may return it to us unopened and in a resalable condition at their own expense within 2 months of purchase for a full refund.
  2. Incorrect Product Received.
    Any product incorrectly sent by us will be immediately replaced or refunded.
  3. Product damaged in Transit.
    Any product damaged in transit by the courier will be immediately replaced or refunded.
  4. Product damaged by Customer:
    Range Products Pty Ltd take no responsibility for any items damaged by the customer and will only be replaced at their own cost.
  5. Returns Process:
    Items for return must be carefully repacked with customer invoice and details included for easy identification.
    If we or the courier are deemed to be at fault, arrangements will be made for collection and return shipping at our own cost.
  6. Response time:
    Change of mind or unwanted items must be made within 2 months of purchase. Damaged goods must be reported with 7 days of delivery. Any returns or complaints made outside these windows will not be accepted.
    We will endeavour to respond to issues as quickly as possible.
  7. Exchange Exemptions.
    If we have agreed to a replacement but stock for the item is not available, a full refund will be made.
    Non-stock items that have been ordered in especially for the customer cannot be returned and refunded.
