Refreshing Tired Eyes

Whether it is from being glued to an entire game of Cricket on the television or working too hard and staring for hours at a computer screen, many of us will suffer from sore tired eyes. Take fifteen minutes of ‘you time’, lie down in a darkened roomwith your feet raised above head level and place a cool compress over your eyes using cotton wool pads soaked in either a floral water containing Rose, Geranium or Neroli essential oils or a mix of equal parts Witch Hazel extract and cooled boiled water.
