Jojoba Oil is similar to Sebum, the natural moisturiser produced by our bodies. It leaves the skin feeling smooth and silky. Add a few drops of Lavender essential oil and you have a great combination.

Give your skin a new lease of life by adding Avocado Oil to a cream or massage blend. This rich and nourishing oil contains Vitamins A,D,E and K and compliments any essential oil.

Lower you blood pressure and unwind after a stressful day by adding a few drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil to a vaporizer  or warm bath

Combat the Winter Blues and uplift your spirits by burning some citrus essential oils such as Grapefruit or Orange in the room 🙂
